Acceptable Use

You agree to use Shorta only for creating legitimate content. You may not use Shorta to generate spam, misleading content, or content that violates YouTube's, Meta's, or any other platform's Terms of Service.

Your Content & Source Material

When you upload videos to Shorta or paste a URL for analysis, you represent that you have the rights necessary to do so — either you own the content, you have the copyright owner's permission, or your use otherwise qualifies as fair use under applicable law.

Features that derive new creative work from analyzed source videos (e.g. "create your version" flows that reuse visual structure from analyzed material) are intended for use with content you own or have licensed. We do not encourage or condone any use of Shorta that infringes copyright, trademark, publicity rights, or any other applicable law.

You are solely responsible for the legal status of materials you upload, analyze, and the content you generate from them. Shorta is a tool; how you use it is your responsibility.

Grandfathered Pricing

Founding Members lock in the $199/year price forever. This rate will not increase, even as we add new features and raise prices for new users.
